Welcome to the lab of Assistant Professor Tan Yong Zi at the Department of Biological Sciences, National University of Singapore
We use cryogenic electron microscopy (cryo-EM) to understand the structure and function of membrane proteins important in human diseases. We also develop cryo-EM methods to help us solve our biological research problems.
